REQUIREMENTS
MacNeal's Finance Department has an immediate opening for a full-time Health Care Accountant to join our team of professionals.

Under general supervision, prepares complex periodic financial statements and performs related accounting procedures.

SPECIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

1. The analytical ability necessary to review complex accounts and prepare detailed financial reports.

2. The interpersonal skills necessary to interact with various affiliate directors and managers, doctors, and auditors.

KNOWLEDGE, PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE AND LICENSURE/REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

1. Level of knowledge normally acquired through the completion of four years of college with a major in accounting, CPA preferred.

2. Two to three years of progressively responsible related accounting experience.

3. Working knowledge of personal computer including experience with Lotus 1-2-3.
