Grant Manager

Leading New York City teaching and research hospital seeks a Grant Manager to provide general administrative support and facilitates pre and post award grant activities for the principal investigators.

Responsibilities include assisting with application preparations, coordinating institutional review and approval, and ensuring that grant applications are submitted on time.

Additional responsibilities monitoring spending on research grants to ensure compliance with sponsor regulations, preparing monthly financial reports to inform principal investigators of spending activity, and serving as a resource and point of contact for principal investigators, laboratory managers, and purchasing agent.

Qualified individuals will have the Bachelors Degree and at least 1 year of grant management experience. Must have strong writing and communication skills, and a sharp attention to detail.
