Deloitte's Global Remuneration and Rewards (GRR) practice assists clients in addressing a broad range of challenges that arise as companies construct truly global compensation and benefit programs. With "Centers of Excellence" located in Chicago, London, New York, San Jose and Tokyo, the GRR team assists clients with the design, implementation and communication of a variety of global compensation and benefits programs.
Deloitte's GRR practice has the expertise to deliver an integrated package of HR, tax and (outside the U.S.) legal solutions, serving as a one-stop shop for our global clients service deliver needs. GRR projects include developing country-specific plan designs, vehicle selection (stock options vs. restricted stock, etc), developing localized award-size guidelines, global benefits inventories, internal pay equity diagnostics, coordinating legal reviews for securities law compliance, data privacy restrictions, and labor law, maximizing corporate tax effectiveness, creating effective administration procedures, ensuring compliance with local-country income reporting and tax withholding rules, creating employee communications strategies and materials and many more.We are currently looking for a Tax Senior to join our Global Remuneration and Rewards Group. This professional will be responsible for assisting our clients with the design and implementation of their global compensation and equity incentive programs. Additional responsibilities would also include analysis
of domestic and international pensions, retirement plans, and benefit diagnostics.
This individual must have the following qualifications:
1-4 years of tax experience assisting multi-national clients with their global compensation programs or a highly consultative role in expatriate tax and program management.
Candidate should be familiar with global compensation issues regarding stock options, equity incentives, pensions, retirement plans, and benefits.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, International Business, or Human Resource Management.
- Licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent designation preferred.
