PWC’s Saratoga Practice assists Human Resources departments in defining and demonstrating value add and strategic impact to their organizations through the use of measurement. This includes helping organizations align HR strategies with the objectives and goals of the overall organization, utilize metric and benchmark information to manage the workforce strategically, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR, conduct employee engagement surveys and construct workforce and HR scorecards. We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our practice.

As a Senior Associate, you will provide support to client accounts that participate in the annual on-line benchmarking study (e.g., answer questions about the survey, facilitate web-based seminar trainings on how to use the on-line tool, verify that data submitted is accurate). In addition, you wil work closely with Saratoga consultants to help analyze client results and prepare deliverables highlighting key findings of the analysis. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to working on business development initiatives as needed (e.g. writing proposals, conducting product demonstrations), assisting with content updates and revisions to the survey, and helping facilitate workshop sessions held at client sites.

Bachelors Degree Required

Essential Requirements:
Candidates applying for this position must have strong people and communication skills (both written and in person), business acumen, strong analytical skills and must feel comfortable working with senior level individuals. Prior customer management and project management experience is advantageous. This position requires some travel.
