Fraud Prevent Rep

1. Answer inbound/make outbound fraud prevention and fraud investigation calls. 2. Interview cardmembers and merchants regarding unauthorized account activity. 3. Speak with cardmembers to verify suspicious account activity. 4. Work on ORION FCMS and Falcon systems. 5. Keeps accurate records and files of the cases. 6. Refer to Fraud Investigations all accounts with detected fraud activity. 7. Other duties as assigned by manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Position Qualifications: 1. Good analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Availability: 6am-4:30pm with weekend availabilityDESIRED SKILLS:
