Financial Sales Advisor I - II Bunker Hill Downtown Los Angeles

In this sales oriented role, the Financial Sales Advisor will actively engage in the sales process of City National's Banking Products to ensure the attainment of team and individual goals and objectives. The FSA will be responsible for developing new clients through referrals and calling efforts; managing a portfolio, and actively building client relationships through developing additional solutions and cross-selling all City National Bank's products.Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree required and minimum of 2-5 years in financial services
Minimum of 2 - 5 years of consistent, high end, sales experience.
Strong Knowledge of sales management: planning, goal setting, selling techniques.
Accomplished sales skills, repeatedly meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Working knowledge of consumer & business lending; understanding of business credit & underwriting.
Active management of a portfolio of discerning clients.
Excellent business development and client relationship skills.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, branch marketing and business development.
Maintains an awareness of marketplace products, practices, rates and changes to ensure branch capitalizes on competitive opportunities.
Customizes individual branch plan to meet local market needs.
