Jefferson Wells is a rapidly growing, global provider of professional services in the areas of risk, controls, compliance and financial process improvement. The firm specializes in internal audit, technology risk management, tax and accounting and finance. This position is responsible for the development and execution of the strategic plan for Finance Operations. This includes driving development of the Finance Operations solution area with the goal of significant growth and profitability; providing technical expertise; and maintaining and leveraging a network of clients and contacts. Responsibilities include: Create work plans to support fee estimates, assign resources, and oversee successful delivery of services; Assess performance for engagement and year-end reviews; Oversee the following analyses: account reconciliation, business intelligence strategy and implementation, business performance report development, cash flow optimization, data cleansing and modeling, financial process improvement and policies and procedures development; and set annual revenue goals.


Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance; CPA, CMA, and/or MBA preferred; Minimum 12 years or more of clearly progressive, professional development in the general area of accounting services including a mix of public accounting and/or industry experience; History of excellent performance, management capability, and revenue growth; Proven ability to drive a business including selling, work plan development, proposal writing, and overseeing service delivery; and strong familiarity with SEC regulations and FASB pronouncements preferred.
