Financial Analyst - Investor Services

HDG Mansur Investment Services, Inc., a leader in real estate development, has an immediate opening for an experienced Financial Analyst. This position will provide analysis of financial statements, financial modeling, and oversee the quarterly reporting / newsletter under the supervision of the Assistant Vice President of Investor Services at our downtown corporate headquarters. A highly motivated professional with the ability to work in a fast paced organization possessing strong organizational skills and attention to detail is needed for this position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:•Supervise preparation and distribution of quarterly reporting packages and newsletters
•Analyze and interpret financial results
•Research and prepare responses to investor inquiries
•Prepare investor portfolio reports and transaction histories
•Prepare monthly cash flow schedule for key investors
•Prepare Investment return analysis using such tools as IRR and NPV
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements:1.Bachelor’s degree in business or finance is a prerequisite
2.5+ years experience in investor services and/or in corporate communications
3.2+ years experience using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
4.Superior financial analysis skills, a clear understanding of financial modeling, strong proof reading skills, superior oral and written communication skills
5.Ability to interpret and communicate financial results6.Ability to develop relationships which inspire confidence, trust and respect from internal and external contacts7.Ability to convey information and exhibit good judgment with regards to disclosure of information
8.Ability to consistently meet deadlines
