Financial Analyst

Provides advanced financial analysis and budget variance reports; responsible for Security and Exchange Commission reporting, and prepares report of findings by performing the following duties:

1.Provide monthly financial statement consolidation by preparing numerous financial analysis work papers to provide recommendation to management.
2.Prepare monthly financial package and write script for the use of monthly financial meeting company-wide.
3.Reconcile quarterly company financials to the CPA reports and Oracle reports, and provide assistance during audit procedures.
4.Prepare and assist to provide schedules for quarterly SEC form 10Q and annual 10K and other SEC required work papers.
5.Assist with annual budget preparation.
6.Prepare and update investor relations PowerPoint presentations.
7.Prepare PowerPoint presentation for the quarterly employee meeting.
8.Conduct various types of financial research and peer analysis.
9.Update Company's financial performance and fact sheet for the investors on our website on a quarterly basis.
10.Prepare monthly variance analysis of actual budget/forecast.
11.Prepare annual and quarterly survey reports for the Department of U.S. Census Bureau.
12.Calculate CSR, RSMs sales rep monthly and quarterly OEM and Total Sales commission reports.
13.Correspond with all subsidiaries, including international.
14.Assist with other projects as needed.
15.Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
"Must have strong and well-rounded accounting background.
"Must be able to work on multiple projects, work under deadline pressures, meet deadlines and accomplish tasks on a professional level.
"Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Environment, particularly Windows, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
"Oracle ERP experience preferred.
"Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
"Able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
"Excellent judgment, especially when to escalate issues for resolution.
Self starter: works with minimal direction.
