Finance Associate

FINANCE ATTORNEYA Los Angeles law firm seeks an Associate Finance Attorney with one to five years of experience in private equity, banking, or financing deals.
Relevant experience would be a working knowledge of sophisticated finance transactions, including representing institutional investors, banks and other lenders in secured and unsecured debt transactions, mezzanine investment transactions, and others.This firm has partnership track opportunities; work is done in a team-like environment; and associates are given solid training with significant client contact. There is no annual billable hours requirement and the firm will pay for relocation costs. Candidates must have a license to practice law in California.
