FX Prime Brokerage - Business Analyst/On Boarder

Our Investment Bank is one of the world’s top global investment banking and securities firms, providing a full spectrum of products to institutional and corporate clients, intermediaries, government and hedge funds worldwide.The candidate will be a member of the FXPB Service Team supporting the FX Prime Brokerage business. The role’s main responsibilities include on boarding of new FXPB clients and acting as a business analyst for the Global FXPB process. Client interaction both internally and externally will be high and includes legal, credit, operations, business and clients. The person will also be responsible for proposing, analyzing and driving process and procedural changes. The candidate will receive global exposure and invaluable experience by working with UBS’ branches in Europe and Asia. The ideal person will be a conscientious, detail-oriented, organized individual, who displays drive and commitment, has a flexible/adaptable attitude, is able to cope with change and likes to work under pressure.Principal Responsibilities (please specify key responsibilities): On boarding of new FXPB clients in conjunction with local marketer which includes but is not limited to: spoke bank documentation, client set up, demo of the website, access to FXPB applications, handover of clients Produce/Create MIS daily & monthly reports surrounding the FXPB processes Identify areas of improvement in the process through data collection and report production Support re-engineering activities by working with our project and IT groupsMust have ability to work closely within a small team or independently, assimilate information, quickly make decisions and share results with colleagues. Basic Qualifications:Undergraduate Education
Computer literacy and excel skills will be required including report generation and build.
