Executive Compensation Analyst

Executive Compensation AnalystPosition will have responsibility over compensation of the officer group, including pay analysis and recommendations for new and existing officers. Position will work with and coordinate aspects of officer compensation and status with several groups. Position will have responsibility for presentations to the Compensation, Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board of Directors. Daily interaction with senior management.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements: College degree (Business related field preferred). Analytical and mathematical skills. Strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (specifically Excel). Preferred experience with senior management.Additional Preferred Requirements: Compensation experience
