Escrow Officer I/Processor

First American's King of Prussia office is seeking a talented and motivated Escrow Officer/Processor to compliment their office team. Candidate will work closely with Sr. Escrow officers and clients to successfully clear title prior to settlement.Day to day responsibilities to include, but not limited to: Reviewing title reports and work to clear title issues Reviewing documentation packages for accuracy and completeness Contacting agents, brokers, buyers, sellers or other involved parties to obtain information and documentation required to complete closing of escrow.Qualifications
Qualified candidates should have Title insurance experience or experience in a related field such as Real Estate, Mortgage or Paralegal.
Candidates must be proficient in MS based computer programs, comfortable working with escrow documents and closing statements.
Preferred candidates must be organized, able to multi-task and able to work in a fast paced environment, and possess good customer service skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.The First American Corporation is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
