EnterpriseOne CNC Administrator

This position will augment the current CNC responsibilities to help manage backlog of CNC related issues for the OneWorld/EnterpriseOne XE 8.0 environment. Current backlog may include like software updates and application of service packs, package builds, security maintenance, adn troubleshooting & resolving technology issues.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Updates (service packs, ESU's, ASU's) to Peoplesoft EnterpriseOne Software

• Build and deploy packages

• Security Maintenance

• Support end users and technical users in detection and resolution of system/software issues.

• JAS Server maintenance and performance tuning

• Application Environment Setup

• Environmental Support (Release Planning, Upgrades, Fixes)

• Deployment Support (Multi-Tier, Replication)

• Change Control Procedures

• Trouble shoot EnterpriseOne software problems below and assist in implementing solutions to existing problems

• Monitor EnterpriseOne logs and activity on all EnterpriseOne servers

• Investigate and resolve performance issues as it relates to the EnterpriseOne environment

• Maintain Citrix Fat Client
REQUIREMENTS


Candidate must be able to demonstrate extensive EnterpriseOne CNC support of configuration, object management process support, security implementations, performance tuning of architectures, troubleshooting and general knowledge of all EnterpriseOne CNC Technology components.

• Minimum Applied EnterpriseOne CNC experience of 3+ years.

• Must be able to Install, Setup, Configure, Load Updates and do package builds within JDE

• General knowledge in the following: IBM WebSphere, Portal, JAS, Window Terminal Server, and Citrix

• Strong working knowledge of Unix and Windows Server Platforms (NT, W2K, 2003)

• Strong knowledge of Datbases (Oracle) and Network (LAN, WAN).

• Knowledge of WebMethods or similar real time events platform desirable

* Knowledge of DSI Software desirable

• Certified on past or current versions of J.D. Edwards/EnterpriseOne software
