The ProvenSolutions group within National Federal Solutions practice is actively looking for a Tax Manager to help build
its National team.  The ProvenSolutions Consulting team is a highly energized, rapidly growing group of Tax professionals focusing on adding value to clients facing unique tax circumstances.  Due to our phenomenal growth this past year we are actively building our National ProvenSolutions team.
 
Earnings & Profits:
The Earnings & Profits (E&P) and Corporate Computational Analysis team is actively seeking talented individuals to join its team in various cities. D&T is recognized as the preeminent provider of E&P studies and is the clear leader in the specialized field of maximizing the tax basis created in stock-for-stock acquisitions. These two service offerings have been combined to provide a broader distribution and awareness across our firm. By identifying opportunities in the marketplace for this solution, we can bring value to our clients and exploit the eminence that our national team has attained.
Qualified Candidates Will Have:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance  CPA certification or a MST, MAcc degree
- 4 or more years of Public Accounting experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Motivation
- High degree of discipline.
