ECM IT Project Manager

Project Manager for ECM IT Enhancements and Projects.   Manage multiple efforts to support Internet Services Group and applications in this area (WWW, Visual Sciences, CMS, and Search).
REQUIREMENTS
BS in computer science, information systems or comparable technical degree

5-7 years experience in system related projects that covered the entire system lifecycle from Feasibility through Implementation

Experience in delivery of  web based solutions

Experience in following a development lifecycle, such as SDM, PMM, or other structured methodologies

3+ years hands on experience leading a team in the analysis, development, and implementation of business solutions

Experience in successfully managing to the triple constraints (scope, schedule, budget)

Ability to directly lead a team of analysts, developers, and designers, as well as matrixed resources in all aspects of systems development to develop a solution that satisfies stated conditions of satisfaction for projects and enhancements

Proven ability to develop positive working relationships with business partners.

Effective at oral and written communications; ability to present ideas, concepts and direction effectively to a group of associates or contractors who may be impacted by the project or who have an interest in its progress.
