E-Commerce Manager

In the role of E-Commerce Manager you will lead, direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce team. Co-lead, together with the marketing team, in developing the annual marketing & e-commerce plan, working in conjunction with the marketing team and partner organizations throughout the company. Lead, manage and oversee all web or technology-based marketing and delivery programs from concept through implementation. Lead the team in the development and management of objectives, strategies and product promotions in the achievement of corporate goals and maximizing marketing channels. Through aggressive product development and management, actively seek new product features and enhanced service delivery of web based products/services. Position is also responsible for the lead, development and implementation of all interactive marketing efforts. Responsible for marketing programs and efforts implemented via the internet and technology based platforms. Define, drive and evaluate the enterprises electronic marketing efforts in relation to member focused functional enhancements, targeted eNewsletter and eMail campaigns, web-based advertising and co-branded initiatives with third parties.
REQUIREMENTS
General Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing with 8+ years of related experience required.
Marketing background required; financial services experience desired.
Prior supervisory experience required.
Agency/vendor experience necessary.
Internet marketing experience required; familiarity with Internet technology development tools (JAVA, Cold Fusion, .Net, Front Page, HTML, etc)
