Document Drawer/Funder

Cascade Financial Services is a small east valley Mortgage Banking company specialized in providing financing options to serve the affordable housing needs in the Manufactured Home industry. We provide construction, conventional and government financing options to our borrowers. The doc drawer/funder is responsible for timely and accurate closing document preparation for all loan types, accurate review of executed closing packages, preparation of HUD's with title, funding loans from warehouse facilities, assisting title in balancing to wire, and authorizing the disbursement of funds from title.
REQUIREMENTS
General mortgage indusry experience. Government and Construction Lending. Good typing speed and accuracy. General literacy in a windows environment. Pleasant personality in a small office setting. Must be able to stay on task and work well under pressure and time constraints.
