JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Division Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for multi-site management of stores within an assigned territory while contributing to the success of the region and the company. Responsible for meeting /exceeding the financial goals established by the company for the stores. Division Sales Managers have the responsibility for overall profitability of each store, staffing, training and on-going development of all associates in the division. Responsible for providing accurate and timely communication between Corporate Offices, Regional Directors and field offices and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed. This position must perform all duties in accordance with Company Policy and other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
-Stable work history to include a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience to include responsibility for the sales or customer service operations of a large or multi-site retail store.
-Stable work history to include a minimum of three (3) plus years sales management experience to include responsibility for managing the profit / loss of multiple retail-based financial products and services stores. Includes a demonstrated record of success meeting or exceeding established sales and profitability objectives.
-High School Diploma or GED with at least five (5) years of supervisory sales experience in multiple retail-based financial products and services stores.
-Associate degree or higher with a concentration in business, marketing, sales, finance or management with at least five (5) plus years sales management experience in a multi-site retail-based financial products and services environment.
-Demonstrated management skills including planning and strategy execution.
-Working knowledge of applicable financial, legal, and risk principles and practices.
-Excellent time management, leadership, management, verbal/written communication, problem-solving, decision-making, human relations, presentation and organization skills.
-Effective verbal/written communication, presentation and organizational skills.
-PC literacy including Microsoft Office Products required.
-Enthusiasm, self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
-High degree of professionalism including integrity and honesty.
