Three Clinical Nurse Specialists are sought for ER, PCU and Mother/Infant Units.

The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) acts as a role model, develops the staff nurse, facilitates clinical education and strives for excellence in the delivery of research based, cost effective nursing. The CNS is responsible for creating a professional nursing environment. This positions supervises RN, LPN, PCT, Unit Secretary and CNR. This position reports to the Manager of Clinical Education. REQUIREMENTS


Qualified applicants will posses:

MSN, Florida RN license, CPR/ACLS training and speciality certification. BCLS/ACLS instructor certification a plus. Four years clinical experience in speciality is preferred. Interpersonal skills, ability to teach adult learner at all levels, critical thinking, leadership skills, computer skills required.
