Director of Revenue Cycle:

St. Francis Hospital, in Wilmington, Delaware is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle, reporting directly to the CFO.
Responsibilities of this position include:
Provides operational oversight and coordinate the strategic direction of the Hospital’s revenue cycle by defining work flows, jobs, and reporting relationships to obtain optimum service effectiveness .Develop and manage departmental budgets.Design and proactively monitor key performance indicators.Identify resource needs with significant influence on approval.Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems within multi-departments and/or cross-functional areas.Determine organizational structures and supervisory relationships.Create an atmosphere of service excellence. Be responsible for the overall revenue cycle success.
