Director of Finance- Technology Software Firm

Responsibilities: Reporting in to the VP Finance/ CFO, this person will be responsible for managing the worldwide revenue cycle and providing senior management with financial and operational support. This role will work closely with the CFO, Corporate Controller, Corporate Counsel and Sales Management in managing the revenue/contracts process including determining the accounting for all software, professional services maintenance and hosting services orders received by the company. In addition, this person will be responsible for related internal controls environment, sales commissions and royalty reports. This person will manage and monitor companys compliance with pricing policies and complete pricing analysis as required with new pricing policies. This person will manage all customer contracts from initial discussions through bookings, shipment and revenue recognition, and assist both in-house counsel with order administration.
