Director of Field Sales Operations

In this high-impact role, the candidate is responsible for overseeing National field sales operations including testing & implementing new products & marketing programs. In addition, the candidate will implement programs to increase policyholder and agent retention.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of relevant experience Proven track record leading & directing groups of
employees that support field sales activities in a Senior
Marketing/Management capacity.
Senior Health Insurance experience managing regional or national sales organizations a plus.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates should also meet the following
requirements:
Have an understanding of sales structure, business metrics
and the ability to direct and lead national management teams to implement & effectively execute field sales marketing tactics & sales systems.
Ability to interface with existing National Sales, Business, Product, Claims & Field Management staff to customize local marketing programs for maximum return on investments.
Ability to partner with field and corporate relations to
ensure alignment of national and regional marketing strategies.
Ability to implement, manage and support National poicyholder and agent retention strategies.
Ability to Train and Mentor Divisional and Regional field
leadership, including shared accountability regarding profit/loss performance.
Must be able to perform a significant amount of overnight
travel on a continual basis including trips to the home office in Chicago, IL.
