Director of FP&A

DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS POSITION AVAILABLEThis position supports the company in its effort to achieve financial objectives through business profitability analysis. Responsibilities include the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly and annual analysis of the company's operating performance. This involves managing financial analysis processes and procedures, finance systems best practices, and identification and prioritization of actions recommended. The position also assists in the maintenance and preparation of financial models used to evaluate project profitability. The person selected provides analytical support for forecasting, long-term planning and annual budgeting, as well as performs ad hoc analysis as requested by senior management.The person selected for this position also assists in special projects on as needed. The position involves regular interaction with corporate senior management.QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five years of financial management, accounting and analytical experience in a mid-size to large company. Hands-on experience with Excel spreadsheets is required. The ability to deliver well-prepared, substantive presentations to management is necessary. An MBA or CPA is preferred.The ideal candidate will have a professional appearance and polished presence. Excellent analytical skills along with strong planning and organization abilities are also required.
