Intracorp is a full-service developer and general contractor with in-house expertise in development, construction, sales, finance, marketing and customer service.
Position Purpose:
The Development Analyst plays an integral role in project management and business development through timely, appropriate and accurate financial modeling. Responsible for assisting acquisitions personnel and project managers with various types of financial analysis and market research to support the companies strategic decision making process. The position reports to the Vice President – Business Development.

Responsibilities:
Conducting proforma and financial analysis including sensitivity analysis and investor projections for pre-development and operating projects. The Development Analyst’s job is to quickly, through a calculated approach, ascertain the key variables and to understand how they affect the economics of a project. It is the Analyst’s responsibility to incorporate these sensitivities into the project proforma and other reports.Key job activities and responsibilities include:
Work to maintain proformas and financial models for operating projects and support related business-planning activities.
Assist with site research and analysis and development scenario analysis related to new acquisitions.
Work with finance group to prepare project information packages for the purposes of obtaining debt and equity financing.Specific Skills:
Understanding of real estate project process including construction, financing and sales and marketing.
Knowledge of the Company’s Job Cost and General Ledger System. Monthly reconciliation of the project proformas to the G/L job cost ledgers will be performed.
Financial analysis including discounted cash flow analysis.An advanced understanding of computer spreadsheets. The company utilizes Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for financial analysis.Experience:
This person needs to have a BA degree at a minimum and 3-5 years experience in the real estate industry. An excellent understanding of financial modeling is a requirement. Experience in managerial accounting desirable.Intracorp Real Estate is an Equal Opportunity Employer
