The Delivery Performance Manager leads the strategy, definition, and implementation of measurement frameworks and processes for systems delivery and IT organizational performance related to systems delivery. Develop best-in-class performance management techniques and integrate these into Delivery Centers. Identify required changes to existing project tracking, investment tracking and application tracking systems and processes. Lead the migration of existing metrics and measurement systems to new metrics and measurement systems.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous consulting experience strongly preferred!Must be willing to do weekly travel up to 100%.
Skills Required:Strong written and verbal communication skills required.Experience establishing performance management metrics and processes for systems deliveryAbility to communicate and interact with executives across the IS&S organizationCMMi knowledge and understandingStrong analytic skillsExperience with outsourced systems deliveryAbility to form a vision and organize resources to implement it.MUST HAVE relevant hand son experience leading and completing the following activities:Lead Performance Management activities within the CS&TO Process and Tools group, including the activities of the regional and offshore reporting analysts.Develop and maintain overall framework for performance management of systems delivery.Recommend improvements to processes and metrics for decision and further action.Work with GM to plan performance management projects, and to manage the dependencies between Standardized Work and Performance Management projects on an ongoing bas Work with others in CS&TO to build identified improvements into the overall release schedule for enterprise processes with metrics touch points and metrics report standards.Work with Standardized Work teams to coordinate changes in metrics and performance management with other Standardized Work process improvement activity.Be single point of contact for Enterprise Metrics across the IS&S organization.Capgemini U.S. LLC and its U.S. affiliates are Equal Employment Opportunity employers.
