DTC Marketing Director

Responsible for the development, implementation and overall management of the business Direct to Consumer marketing strategy and programs including but not limited to Direct Mail, E-Mail, Telesales and other promotional venues:

Responsible for the leadership in the evaluation/implementation of business infrastructure required to effectively support/track all DTC activity

Oversees the development of consumer segmentation strategy (qualitative/quantitative) for use in more effective targeting/positioning

Conducts competitive analysis and converts results into relevant and timely business strategies

Works directly with product management to determine products/serices sold through DTC channel, develops and presents comprehensive business proposals for consideration

Supervises the development, execution, budget, P&L forecasts and evaluation of results related to all DTC campaigns to ensure maximum penetration and program profitability

Supervises all internal and external list/data management including pull criteria, data prep and related back end analysis

Supervises all vendor management activities associated with related telesales/OBC activities

Provides overall development and people management to 3-5 analutical and DM production managers


REQUIREMENTS




Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other business disciplines plus 5-10 years solid and in depth marketing experience. Solid an in depth direct to consumer marketing experience Ability to develop, execute and analyze results of marketing programs In depth experience in market research & data analysis management including oversight Ability to develop and implement management structure and control Strong project management and implementation skills
