DIVISION SPECIALTY LEASING MANAGER

Large international shopping center/airport developer has an opening for a Divisional Specialty Leasing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for growth and development of Airport specialty leasing program including prospecting, leasing and insuring visual standards at 5-6 airports. MAJOR FUNCTION:
Under direction of the Vice President, Airport Managment, is responsible for the growth and development of a Divisional Specialty Leasing program.

QUALIFICATIONS:

qThree to five years experience in the shopping center industry, preferably in Specialty Leasing.
qThorough knowledge of the regions real estate market
qExcellent communication skills and ability to enlist cooperation among tenants, clients, employees and managers.
qCapability and willingness to perform under tight deadlines to ensure the successful completion of regional deals.
qOrganized, goal oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

qNegotiate specialty leasing deals for airport specialty leasing programs.
qProspecting and developing national, regional and local deals
qIdentify visual merchandiser in each market and assist in maintaining company visual standards
qSupervise the day-to-day growth and development of the center Specialty Leasing program.
qWork with clients to insure they are satisfied with the quality and administration of specialty leasing program
qInteract with corporate specialty leasing colleagues to share leads and information
qPreparation of monthly reporting of income, sales, leasing activity
qAssist airport managers with department accounting functions such as, billing, rent collection, sales reporting and completion of monthly accounting reports.
