DIRECTOR OF INTERNAL AUDIT

Responsibilities
·Complete and maintain the implementation effort for Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 including documenting existing processes.
·Develop an annual internal audit plan.
·Prepare internal audit programs and review with external auditors
·Review the internal controls over the financial reporting process cycles.
·Identify risks and controls in place.
·Conduct internal audits to test the controls for effectiveness
·Preform exit interviews upon conclusion of each internal audit with local senior management.
·Be a liaison to the external auditors.
REQUIREMENTS
They are looking for someone with their B.S. in Accounting/CPA and at least 5 years internal or external audit experience, preferably of SEC companies.
