Service to Sales Advisors
As a Service to Sales Advisor you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and recognizing sales opportunities in an incoming call center environment. Advisors execute transactions promptly and accurately respond to client requests and inquiries. To meet these demands, you will focus on understanding the firm's service policies, systems, as well as, our products and services. Upon completing the customer's service request, you will then transition the conversation to offer additional benefits, services, and products for their Chase Visa or MasterCard account. As a Customer Service STS Advisor, you play a key role in helping Chase retain and grow our business through your ability to up-sell and cross-sell our products and services. You are results oriented and enjoy the challenge of meeting or exceeding your sales goals and being rewarded for it through an excellent incentive plan.
REQUIREMENTS
At least one year of one-on-one customer contact experience
Excellent skills in communication, problem solving, organization, and teamwork
A strong desire to sell and the ability to overcome objections is essential
Must be goal oriented, and able to make quick decisions within guidelines
Knowledge of Windows-based software, such as MS Word, is also required
Good working knowledge of credit card policies and procedures is preferred
Related experience in a call center is preferred
High school diploma or GED is preferred
