Customer Interface Analyst

Responsibilities: As a Customer Interface Analyst, the role will be part of a team dedicated to a portfolio of accounts to reduce the overall receivable issues, in accordance with policies, practices, and procedures and applicable regulations. This role will be responsible for reviewing aged receivables with a focus on the collections greater than 90 days. This person will utilize all pertinent billing, collection and financial tools available to ensure Corporate mandated DSO is met or exceeded for assigned accounts; develop and coordinate the communication of issues preventing payments for services rendered with the Clients Finance contacts(s), Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT teams; and deliver efficient and effective collection results through the use of the following measurable collections steps. This person will be involved in the resolution of rejected invoices, collection calls to address outstanding balances, and the completion of required follow up activity to delivered aging reports. This person will supply required summary reports that will provide Finance Management Team the necessary information that will highlight the current status of the accounts financial condition and issues preventing payment; and maintain a detailed documented file for each of the assigned accounts identifying key department contact information for both Client and Company product and pricing information, established work flows, revenue share programs, and summarizing any high impact issues. This person will monitor and review all cash application procedures associated with assigned accounts and assist in the resolution of unapplied funds. The Revenue Responsibility is $1,000,000 or greater. There are 500+ National Employees.
