Credit/Collections Supervisor

This position will work closely with the Director of Customer Service and a staff of five to eight customer service representatives and sales team to help resolve disputes, ensure invoices are paid on time, and manage the collection process for past-dues. Responsible for profiling new accounts; updating existing accounts; and managing holds/releases, collections, adjustments.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must have demonstrated the ability to function in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects and priorities, and have a reputation for being a detail-oriented, enthusiastic team player. Must have 5 years of experience in credit collections in a durable-goods industry. Bachelors in Finance or related area and supervisory experience is a plus. This job is located in the Westchester County area of New York
