Function/Program: FinancePosition Requirements: Provide direct support to Program Management,IPT Team Leaders and other Team Members in relation to Earned Value Management (EVM). Ensure integration and synchronization of cost and schedule EVM data. Monitor, analyze, and report the earned value of program accomplishments. Develop, explain,review and track schedules to direct and/or facilitate program execution. Identify unexpected conditions, provide tactical alternatives to management and adjust the program plan to achieve program objectives. Present management and customers with timely status and anticipate future challenges. Review, correct and report performance against plans; support semi-annual program reviews;special EVM projects as requested (IBR's, internal audits, EVMS joint application development teams, legal review committees,etc.)Textron is an Equal Opportunity Employer (M/F/D/V)A Textron Company
