Corporate Planning and Budgeting Manager

Responsibilities: This person will be responsible for driving the annual planning and quarterly forecasting activities. This person will interface with all organizations and is responsible for supporting the CFO in preparation of various presentations and financial scenarios, managing the consolidation of the Companys annual business plan, working with operational controllers and organizational management leaders in setting and meeting planning and forecasting deliverables and milestones. This person will provide finance operational support for the F&A organizations including Finance, HR, Legal and Sr. Staff. This position requires participation in the evaluation of tools for reporting on key financial metrics. This person will be responsible for providing organizational scorecards for measuring key business results; and act as focal point for the accumulation, consolidation, verification and explanation of all corporate level financial information, facts, metrics, trends and statistics. This person provides financial guidance, input and direction to new product program teams in accordance with the new product introduction process; performs financial analyses of pricing proposals including understanding cost and gross margin implications; and supports management in the preparation of the 5 year business strategy through the preparation of business models, maintaining all backup to financial information and documenting key business assumptions.
