Corporate Attorney: Great opportunity for a seasoned Corporate Attorney. A growing Financial Company in the Tampa Bay Area, FL is expanding their legal department based on succession planning goals. The right candidate will be groomed for the Associate General Counsel position. This Corporate Attorney will act as the primary assistant to General Counsel regarding drafting of contracts and will advise on matters of litigation, regulatory compliance and acquisitions. 4 -6 years experience as an Attorney is required. Insurance industry experience is a plus. Must be licensed to practice in FL, proficient in Westlaw, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Candidate must have outstanding academic credentials.
