Conversion Specialist
Business Unit: GE Commercial Finance, Capital SolutionsFunction: SalesResponsibilities: * Provide real time resolution for inquires received from both Customers and Vendor Partners around deal status, documentation, pricing and Vendor web page questions
Engage with Sales and Marketing for promotions, and growth focused initiatives
Audit documents and identify areas for training for the documentation specialists
Proactively & independently negotiate customer requests on flow transactions in terms of rate, structure and documentation in order to drive transaction conversion & retention
Negotiate terms and conditions when appropriate with Customers either independently or with Legal staff and Risk when needed
Provide creative solution based approach to converting transactions
Re-pricing of transactions to prevent margin erosion and rate compliance
Champion data integrity; ensuring all customer touch is completely and accurately input in Siebel building the Communication Bridge across platforms
Work with the Credit and Sales Management team to build a seamless customer service experience
Proactively promote all VFS products, services and promotions to drive volume penetration
Work cross functionally to drive Quality Sales Effort and promote team integration to exceed business objectives
Provide Back-Up Support to Lease Contracts Position as required
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: * High School graduate
Experience in a leasing or commercial lending environment or familiarity with the Kodak business
Proven ability to communicate at all levels of both the GE and Kodak organizations
Strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to control and navigate conversations to overcome objections
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills with ability to take initiative toward positive solution
Detail and quality oriented with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Flexible and adaptive to work demands during peak volume periods
Proficient with PC and software programs including Siebel, spreadsheet, presentation and internet applications
Experience in a team environment working as a team player, self directed, highly motivated with a positive attitudeDesired: * BS/BA degree in Sales, Marketing or Finance
Green Belt certified
Two Years Previous Customer Service, Operations, or Inside Sales Exp.
Knowledge of Cheetah, PMS, Super Trump and Strong Knowledge of Siebel Sale
Team player, self directed, highly motivated with a positive attitude
