Contracts Specialist

Responsibilities: This person performs contract administration functions in various phases of the contract life cycle, from proposal initiation to contract completion and closing. This person interacts with internal & external customers & management; reviews, negotiates and administers contracts, contract revisions and modifications, and non-disclosure agreements; and reviews, prepares, interprets, and edits contracts, task orders, and modifications. This person analyzes contracts & modifications for determining organizational risks; surfaces issues; advises management on contractual issues and identifies alternative courses of action; and assists in preparing appropriate contractual responses.
