Compensation Analyst - Human Resources

Compensation Analyst - Human Resources Job Description: Crum & Forster has an excellent opportunity for a Compensation Analyst who will be tasked with assisting in the design, development and administration of compensation and incentive programs for the organization. This individual will assist in the annual compensation programs, including salary administration (market based job analysis), policies and procedures, structure comparison with the market and internal comparators and overall direction of the function. Other duties include HRIS support, benchmarking and metrics.
REQUIREMENTS
Compensation Analyst - Human Resources Required Skills: Qualified candidates must have 3+ years in HR Compensation with a strong background in design, development and delivery of compensation and reward programs for a mid – to large company. B.S. in Human Resources, Finance or related discipline required. Experience in the Insurance industry strongly preferred. HRIS system knowledge strongly preferred.
