Commissions Manager

Ensures timely processing of commissions for all production based compensation and maintains accurate records and control reports. Review all work of staff and ensures they meet specified requirements. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Makes decisions on personnel actions (hiring, terminations, promotions, etc).Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:

Manage staff of approx 3 through two commission cycles per month

Work with Production units on issues/problems regarding exceptions

Work with IT personnel to ensure programming for various applications

Month End journal processing and analysis accruals

Management ReportingMust have minimum 5 years experience in Accounting, Commissions processing or equivalent area. Also must have a minimum of 3 years management/supervisor experience. Mortgage background is a plus.
