Overview In this growth oriented, challenging and rewarding position, first and foremost is a strong dedication to total quality customer service! The Project Analyst role will work with sales, customers, and business partners in a multi-tasking pro-active fashion to help drive solutions for clients. The Project Analyst will consult, review specifications, program code, and manage projects from inception to completion. This position is project based, therefore, each project brings different challenges and rewarding solutions. The functions performed by the Project Analyst have a high customer profile and strongly influence the perception of the client company as an organization. Therefore, it is imperative that the individual in this role exhibit exceptionally strong interpersonal communication skills. Follow-throughs, attention to detail and being “front-line” types of person are the character traits for success in this career-oriented position. The Projects Analyst performs a variety of duties from technical analysis, to data processing, to problem resolution and project management.

Skills and Experience • 1+ years related computer and technical analysis experience or appropriate college educational experience.• Strong logical and troubleshooting skills desired. Extensive data processing skills and abilities required.• Knowledge/application of mainframe data processing, relational database, and strong manipulation/massaging of data using PC software utilities.
• Knowledge/application of TSO/JCL, SAS, Easytrieve Plus, Group 1 Software, File-Aid, Syncsort, SQL highly desired.• Strong Project Management skills - prioritize, organize, and plan workload.• A strong ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Detail oriented and strong analytical skills.• Consultative approach to drive solutions.• Experience working with both internal and external customers.• Excellent problem solving skills and abilities.• Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Presentation, and Flow-Charting.
• Knowledge of products and systems a plus.• Knowledge of consumer credit language, campaign, and compliance policies a plus.• Some travel may be required. Some heavy lifting may be needed.• Bachelor Degree required.
