Commercial Analyst

As part of the Commercial Excellence Team, the Commercial Analyst will manage, or participate in, technology or process efforts that enable our sales capabilities around acquisition, penetration and retention of customers.Essential Functions
Manage the Siebel Sales Analytics tool; develop and maintain infrastructure so that it adequately supports the sales organization's reporting needs
Build and manage a library of reporting solutions that address sales managements' needs. Utilize IT solutions where appropriate to simplify and automate reporting
Develop and assemble analytic content in support the sales reporting rhythm including the weekly package and quarterly Growth and Retention Reviews to create visibility and drive accountability and results
Educate sales organization on compliant and efficient usage of Siebel through interactions as a Siebel super user
Identify opportunities to improve data quality and integrity; provide training and drive usage to support this goal
Partner with Marketing to continually supplement and enhance the sales prospect database content and quality
Manage sales contests; develop, implement and monitor sales incentive programs to drive desired results
Work with Cross Sell Leader to facilitate inbound and outbound cross sell transactions between Fleet Services and other Commercial Finance businesses
Build strong relationships with the sales organization, demonstrate value and represent the needs of the sales team within the business
Provide ad hoc support to key sales initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of business experience, including experience working with technology in some capacity
Proficiency in web-based and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Experience in process improvement and project management
Knowledge of and experience with Siebel analytics
Experience in database management and data analysisEligibility Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or technology; MBA preferred
Sales or other sales enablement experience
MS Access and Business Objects experience
