Collections Specialist

Classification: Temporary Compensation: $11.00 to $13.00 per hour Our client a local mortgage company is currently looking for collectors to join their staff on a temporary to full-time basis. The duties will include making outbound collection calls on past due accounts, receiving inbound calls from customers regarding notices they have received on their accounts, backing up the customer service department when they become backlogged, and entering notes and updates on accounts in their in-house system. The qualified candidate will have 1 + years of experience in collections for the junior positions and 2+ years of experience in collections for the senior positions and be able to work on an auto dialer system.
