Collections Representative

Under the direction of the Collection Manager, works all assigned accounts to ensure they are resolved either by payment in full, acceptable payment arrangements, forwarding to legal department, uncovering insurance information for billing, or deeming account uncollectible. Also, responsible for having RIS checked for new account information, obtaining credit bureau reports when appropriate, changing status codes, checking system for other packets, and gathering information on accounts where attorneys are involved. Responsible for handling incoming correspondence. Engages in face-to-face problem solving and issuing written communication when necessary. Hourly pay plus monthly bonus!

Position requires a team player with a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and a winning attitude with the desire to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Attendance very important. Come join our team!
