JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
At least 1 year of experience in high-volume call center or customer service department is requiredMust have previous customer service experiencePrevious experience in phone sales is a plusMust be computer literateGood data entry skillsGood written and verbal communications skillsCalls at times will be done from a dialerResponsible for both inbound and outbound callsAssist customers in making payment arrangements Must have the ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday: 3 days per week at 8am until 5pm 2 days per week 11:30am until 8pm and every other Friday and Saturday, from 8am until 12 noon Must have own reliable transportation. This full-time position offers an hourly range of $9 - $10, based on experience.
