Classification: Temporary Compensation: $11 to $13 per hour Exciting opportunity for a Collections Specialist in the Carmel area with 2 or more years of Commercial Collections experience. Position requires an understanding of consumer and commercial credit and collections policies, procedures and best practices; financial transaction processing; knowledge of basic accounting procedures and customer service skills. Working knowledge of Oracle, Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook is a plus. Responsibilities include reviewing and evaluating the status of customer accounts, contacting customers for payment of past due invoices, setting-up and maintaining new customer accounts and researching and resolving conflicts.
