Coding Specialist - Surgery Center
Assign ICD and CPT/HCPCS codes to surgical procedures; abstract relevant data into billing
system; ensure complete, accurate and timely charge capture processes; and serve as a resource to staff and physicians for coding, documentation and reimbursement related issues. The ideal candidate possesses a strong working knowledge of ICD and CPT/HCPCS coding systems. Two years experience in ASC procedural/surgical coding, billing, and payment methodologies is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is highly recommended. RHIA/RHIT Certification required; CCS-P coding certification a plus.

Coding & Reimbursement Specialists - Auditors
Audits E&M codes and procedures, educates physicians and staff and develops reports of audit results for sr. management. Helps to set the direction for coding and compliance education and focused projects related to the EHR. Ideal candidates will have a minimum two years of physician coding and auditing experience, a solid working knowledge of Word & Excel programs and strong interpersonal and communication skills. RHIT or RHIA certification required; CCS-P coding certification preferred.

Compliance Analyst
Collaborates with the EMR implementation team by researching healthcare regulatory standards and developing processes to ensure compliance with standards. Assists with documentation template design and conducts audits to support document compliance and data integrity functions in the electronic health record environment. RHIA/RHIT with EMR experience preferred.

Biller/Coder (part-time)
Position available at our River North location in
Naperville. Requires CCS-P or CPC and RHIT with Coding certification.
