Oversee loan closing functions to ensure loan packages are complete and proper documentation is available to transfer title. Ensure systems are in place to track loans, enabling loan closings. Maintain inventory of loans to be closed and forward completed packages to loan delivery. Forward loan set up packages to servicing department. Establish policies and procedures for loan closure.Essential Skills
5 years mortgage banking experience, with 3-4 years as a closing manager. Prefer thorough knowledge of company policies and loan products, and investor, underwriting and closing guidelines. Demonstrated success with staff management. Proven problem solver, able to see the 'big picture'. Effective verbal and written communication, and computer skills. Professional demeanor when interfacing with all levels of staff and management.Job Requirements
