Collecting the necessary information about clinical trials that are executed in BJH as defined in BJH Clinical Trial Master Agreement. Analyzing Trials protocol activities allocate the activities that are mentioned in the protocol to two main groups- trial related care and the routine care. After identifying which activities in the trial are trial related and which ones are routine care, the Specialist needs to code those activities using CDM sales codes for being able to split study’s enrollees’ bill between the study budget and the patients’ insurance company. The candidate should be able to create and billing activity matrix for each study protocol visit schedule and input in the matrix trial and routine care related sales code and other essential information that is necessary in order to process clinical trial appropriately. When ready the Specialist should turn the matrix over to Patient Account department to bill Study Primary Investigators and study enrollees’ insurance company in a timely manner according to Medicare billing Compliance guidelines.Principal Accountabilities and Job Duties:
