Client Service and Marketing Material Support - Jr Position

Responsibilities Include:



· Preparation of monthly client reports (fund of hedge funds and single manager products). Including coordinating with internal and external parties to obtain the relevant data for the monthly reporting process



· Compiling performance and statistical information for updating marketing support materials and databases (including consultants)



· Assist Senior Marketing Support Professional with creation of marketing materials for fund of hedge fund and single manager products including co-ordination with outside vendors and corporate communications



· Providing ad-hoc data as requested in response to client requests.



· Coordinate and follow-up on marketing material requests from clients.



· Assist in ad-hoc marketing research projects.
REQUIREMENTS


Qualifications Include:



· College degree



· 2+ years experience in the financial industry (preferably alternatives)



We are looking for a highly motivated and quantitative person with excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills who would like to break into the hedge fund world. Alternative investment experience preferred, however will accept traditional investment experience. RFP machine and PerTrac experience a plus.
