Client Performance Manager

American Imaging Management, the leader in diagnostic imaging resource management, is seeking a talented Client Performance Manager to service plans and initiatives for assigned client contracts through all operational areas of AIM's internal operations.Essential Responsibilities:
1.Manage internal process and resources to deliver on client projects and expectations.
2.Build strong internal operational relationships to effectively manage client expectations/concerns
3.Analyze, maintain and update standard and ad hoc reports specific to individual clients
4.Maintain Operations log and performance status
5.Research and resolve service issues, questions, complaints
6.Assist AE with implementation of client initiatives
7.Participate in testing of program enhancements or changes
8.Assist Call Center Management with staff training
9.Supports AE by monitoring program performance against obligations
10.Performs and oversees operational quality assurance and improvement activities related to assigned client performance.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Business and/or Health Care required or comparable experience.
Knowledge:
o Excellent communication and task management skills
o Familiarity/experience with contract documents and language
o Familiar with operational environment, not limited to a Call/Contact Center
o Ability to manage and disseminate information in a timely and effective mannerExperience: Minimum five years experience in account service or client service coordination or operations management role with a strong focus in process management in an operations environment preferred.
